Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 3/2021

Attending:
Daniel Karlsson, Anton Nilsson, Emma Lindvall, Daniel Hasselström, Emilia Donner, Alexandra Eriksson, Sebastian Ståhlberg, Kristiane Width, Robin Eriksson, Lydia Nystén

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • Decided that SHS will participate in YLE X3Ms new quiz TV show.  
  • Updated SHS guidelines in regards to the COVID-19 to be valid until 28.2.2021. Members of the Student Unions committees and clubs may request permission to use SHS premises for some Student Union related work by sending an application to the Secretary General.

Actives of the Executive Board:

  • Participated in a Student Council meeting
  • Participated in President’s Subcommittee kick-off

Daniel Karlsson

  • Participated in Niord’s constituent meeting
  • Have been in contact with the swedish-speaking side of YLE regarding the student union’s participation in their new game show
  • Been in contact with Michaela von Wendt (UF’s President)
  • Held some additional training for the Financial and Administrative Secretary

Emma Lindvall

  • Worked on recruiting new student representatives.
  • Had a couple of education related cases from students.
  • Worked on the organizing of the Lecturer of the Year 2020.


Emilia Winqvist

  • Participated and presented communication & sustainability on the presidents subcommittee kick-off
  • Coordinated social media
  • Looked into issues connected to SHS G-suites
  • Helped Student Union members with issues such as SHS G-suites, webpage etc. 
  • Meeting with Annual ball committee about social media during the annual ball year week

Alexandra Eriksson

  • WSC meeting
  • Been in contact with Nyyti regarding the mental health course
  • Attended the first sopo-live


Emilia Donner

  • Planned the CotW-cooperation for spring 2021 with SSHV and MK-
  • Worked with launching projects together with teams and project groups within the Business Committee
  • Replied to cooperation requests from different people and organisations, e.g. Estlander, MC and Helppy

Anton Nilsson

  • Keys to kåren, getting them back form old members
  • Cleaning of Casa kitchen and investigating a possible renovation

Daniel Hasselström

  • Planned the Presidents subcommittee meeting
  • Vappen21-Team Interviews
  • Planned the Student Union Fair
  • Meetings with presidents of different committee’s

Sebastian Ståhlberg

  • Inaugural meeting with WSC
  • Started planning the Municipal elections together with other student associations.
  • Lifelong Learning Governance in the Nordic Countries

Other matters:

  • The president of SSHV, Robin Eriksson was added to the invite for the SHS board meetings in the future.
