The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
- Basid Mahdi was chosen as Hankeit of the Quarter 4/2019
- The Annual Ball Committee was given permission to use the Student Union emblem
- Casa Nostra were given exceptional permit to 18:00
- The founding of Källarsällskapet was postponed
- Oscar Byman was chosen as ordinary representative in the Department Council of Management and Organisation
- Eliott Tallqvist was chosen as substitute representative of the University Council
- Ida Andersén was chosen as Chair and Andreas Lindén as Vice Chair for the SESS board
- Decision of exemption of Student Union fee for Student Union member was allowed
- Kennet Lundström was chosen as specialist member of the SESS board
- SHS official official mollusc was decided to be clam
- The Executive Board 2020 is obliged to adopt a clam as well as name it “Stysse 2020”
