Ångest. Känslan som alla har, men som få pratar om. Trots sin nödvändighet för många mänskliga funktioner sätter det käppar i hjulen då det blir för mycket.I den här online workshopen lär du dig om vad ångest är, varför vi upplever det och hur vi kan behandla det.

Under Ångest som en del av vardagen berättar Pia ’Pippi’ Blomqvist om hur man kan förvandla sin ångest till en drivkraft. Hon behandlar bland annat ångest relaterat till prestationer, psykisk ohälsa och trauma, samt delar med sig av sina erfarenheter kring dem med ärliga exempel. Under workshopen får du lära dig konkreta verktyg och metoder som hjälper dig som lider av ångest eller är närstående. Deltagarna har möjlighet att ställa frågor anonymt både före, under och efter workshopen.

Pia ’Pippi’ Blomqvist är socialpolitiskt ansvarig inom SHS styrelse för 2022, graduskribent vid Svenska Handelshögskolan och entreprenör inom podcastvärlden. Hennes resa genom mental ohälsa rör vid bland annat paniksyndrom, depression och ADHD, och nu vill hon hjälpa andra på samma väg. By popular demand we are bringing Techno Night back and arranging another amazing party with (semi)professional DJs playing techno/EDM music all through the night! The perfect way to finnish off the SHS wellness week! 

What? Techno/EDM party
When? 1.4 at 21.30. Entrance until 11 PM. 
Where? Casa (Hietaniemenkatu 7A)
Dress code? Tomorrowland (Music festival)
Price? 15 euros cash (or MobilePay) at entrance: includes cocktails and drinks, snacks, cloakroom and props.

The entrance fee includes drinks (vodka, gin & rum mixers) and snacks. We will stop giving out drinks at 12. You are also allowed to bring your own drinks but the committee will not store them during the party. There will be 3 different DJs playing different EDM styles.
