    Välkommen på fullmäktigemöte torsdagen den 3.11 klockan 18:00!

    Mötet hålls i Lärarrummet på våning 5 i Helsingfors och rum V105 i Vasa.

    Mötet är det sista för nuvarande fullmäktiges mandatperiod, så kom gärna och följ med!

    Ärenden:
    – Styrelsens proposition gällande förändring av studentkårens stadgar
    – Styrelsens proposition gällande förändring av studentkårens reglemente för val av studeranderepresentanter
    – Beslut om kåravgiftens storlek för läsåret 2023-2024
    – Genomgång av välmåendeenkätens resultat
    – Presentation av styrelsens utkast till budget och verksamhetsplan
    – Tillsättande av arbetsgrupp för revidering av styrelsens och fullmäktiges arbetsordningar

    Kalliorundan Autumn Edition with MC

    Masters´ Committee

    Hanken’s Masters’ Committee invites all students of SHS to Kalliorundan! For some people it is time to inaugurate their overalls, for others it might just be a hunt for more overallpatches. However, now it is time to gather a team, enjoy drinks and explore Kallio in the form of a pub crawl followed by an after party at Heidi’s Bier Bar🍻

    Instructions: The recommended size for a team is max. 7 persons, and the participant number is limited to 140. There will be two starting points, and each team’s starting point will be announced ahead of time to avoid the build-up of crowds in the bars. The maps are handed out between 16:30 and 17:30. From each bar you get a stamp on your map and for 6 stamps from 6 different bars you are entitled to the Kalliorundan patch. Teams have time to collect stamps until 23:00.

    To get the patch, each individual of the team needs to return the map with the stamps to Heidi’s Bier Bar between 21:00 and 23:00. The participation fee is 3 euros, including a patch, map and entry to Heidi’s🥳

    Don’t have a team? No worries! Simply mention that you wish to be put in a team when you sign up and we will assign you to a team of fellow solo pub crawlers🙌🏼During the event, there will be a team competition which will be announced later. The winner is nominated and awarded at the afterparty Heidi’s!

    The sign up opens 8.11.2022 and closes 15.11.2022 at 22:00. The registration is final. If you have any questions regarding the event, please contact MC Jonnie +358 505509477.
