Evoke Oy, a brand house focused on natural and functional groceries, is now looking for a Purchasing Manager to join their growing team of sixteen! As a Purchasing Manager at Evoke, you will be responsible for the upstream end of the order-supply chain, i.e. the management of the purchasing process. Above all, you will improve consumers’ days by ensuring that there are enough delicious and healthy snacks and drinks for everyone who wants them!
As Purchasing Manager, your closest colleagues will be Evoke’s CEO and the Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager. You will also work closely with other stakeholders, both internal and external to the company. External stakeholders may include suppliers, service providers and other partners. As a Purchasing Manager, your main task will be to manage sales forecasts and the flow of goods. Your working days will include creating purchase orders and checking purchase invoices, managing and monitoring various product and supplier data, and preparing forecasts and reports. In addition, you will be involved in the development of the entire purchasing and logistics process. Currently, our main market is Finland, but we are also looking to gain a foothold in other European markets. From our product range in Europe we export Humble and Ginger People. Oshee drinks and other brands are currently sold in Finland.
You can be the Purchasing Manager we are looking for if you have already gained previous experience in similar positions for at least a few years and preferably in a similar industry, working with fresh produce. For example, you have worked with different data sets and data management and analysis tasks are to your liking. In your role, you will also work at the heart of a wide range of stakeholders, which requires good interpersonal and collaboration skills. However, you will thrive and succeed above all as a self-driven and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in the fast-paced and changing environment of a rapidly growing company.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with employment directly with Evoke Oy. The preferred starting date is as soon as possible. Evoke’s offices are located in Helsinki and Salo and you can choose which office you want to work in. It is also possible to work partly remotely (approximately 2-3 days per week).

The applicant is expected to have:
- An appropriate degree, e.g. in business or engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least a few years, preferably also in a similar sector.
- Excel and ERP skills. We have an Odoo-based ERP system at our disposal
- Good Finnish and English language skills
We consider as an advantage:
- VBA skills
- Previous experience working with fresh products
