aTalent: Juli Living – Letting Trainee (for summer)

Juli Living is looking for a Letting Trainee with a positive and sales-minded attitude to introduce rental properties to potential new clients!
In this role, you will play an essential role in creating a first-class customer experience for Juli Living’s potential customers. As a Letting Trainee, you will contact people interested in Juli Living homes, help them find a suitable home, encourage them to rent a home and arrange with them for face-to-face rental property showings at housing developments in the Capital Region. Your work will also include holding open house presentations together with your colleagues. When you are not on site, your main tools are telephone and email, and you will mainly work from Juli Living’s office in the Helsinki city centre.
For the role of Letting Trainee, we are looking for a sales-minded and energetic individual who strives to exceed the expectations of potential clients. You are comfortable communicating with clients and will pick up the phone without hesitation. We hope you have good interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new systems and work quickly. Ideally, you will have already been involved in sales-oriented customer service tasks.
We hope you can start in the latter part of May and work full-time until the end of August. The work will be focused on Juli Living’s Helsinki city centre office and housing projects in the Helsinki region, but partial telecommuting is also possible. For moving between housing sites, it is strongly recommended that you have your own car. Mileage allowances will be paid for car use and there is a car park at Juli’s office. The daily working hours (7.5h) will be between 8am and 6pm on weekdays, plus a few Saturday housing shows by prior arrangement.
We hope you have:
- Ongoing higher education studies
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A sales mindset – you enjoy meeting with potential customers
- A goal-oriented and self-motivated approach to work
- Good oral and written skills in Finnish and English, other languages would be an advantage
- Driving licence and your own car, which will enable you to get around in rental properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area
