EgonZehnder – Student Analyst

We are looking for an ambitious Student Analyst to join Egon Zehnder’s Expert team in Helsinki!

Our Helsinki office is a market leader in Finland. We have a 12 person staff and we keep growing. Now we want to strengthen our team with an ambitious Student Analyst.
What we offer:
- A flexible part time job with approximately 15 hours per week (preferably two to three working days). The contract will be fixed term with a flexible starting date.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Partnering with the assignment team of consultants and analysts throughout the search process
- Systematically identifying potential candidates and verifying candidate positions and contact details
- Ensuring relevant information is up to date and captured effectively in our internal database
- Reporting and creating client materials
- Monitoring and tracking market developments, company updates and people moves
You should have the following qualifications:
- Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant Business or Technology field. Preferably with at least one year left of your studies.
- Intellectually curious, proactive and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Analytical mind-set and appropriate detail-orientation when processing large amounts of data
- Able to present information in a structured manner
- Strong sense of ownership, consistently meeting internal and external deadlines
- Efficient at handling and prioritizing many tasks at the same time
- Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish and other languages are an advantage
