Do you want to be part of the sales development and support both the company and individuals to achieve their goals? Are you analytical, accurate and self-motivated financial manager with a twinkle in your eye?
We are now looking for an analytical Controller with a passion for business support to join Blåkläder’s global and growing team – would that be you?
As a Controller you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the business, ensuring that Blåkläder is profitable and efficient; you will monitor key business metrics by unit and, in collaboration with management, consider how sales should be implemented in the future in light of the figures and gain a broad insight into how the information and data you collect is used to manage and develop sales. As Controller, you will also be responsible for monthly accounting reconciliations and consolidations, as well as independently producing various financial reports, analyses and forecasts. You will also be expected to take an active role in internal development, for example in the further development of the newly upgraded ERP and CRM system (MS Dynamics). You will also act as a contact person for the outsourced accounting and payroll partner.
We are looking for someone with an analytical and proactive approach to work and a willingness to develop in the role. We also value good project management skills and a willingness to develop joint working practices and financial processes. Whether you are an experienced Controller or just starting out in your career, what is important is that you are precise, persistent, business-oriented and willing to develop with Blåkläder’s growth. We also value your ability to manage both the bigger picture and the detail. As the role is international, we require strong communication skills in at least Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are seen as an advantage, as you will be working with Nordic colleagues, but not a necessity. Above all, we are looking for the ability and potential to grow in the role.
