Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 41/2022

Meeting opened 10.02 by president Winqvist.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- The Board discussed whether to revise a decision on disciplinary action. The previous decision was not revised.
- The Board decided to issue a verbal warning for poor cleaning after an event.
- The Board decided to keep the application open to the Institution Council for Marketing and Logistics
- The Board has decided to approve the revision of the Sustainability Manual
Notification matters
- Member Mattsson reports that the Board has represented in Stockholm together with Board 23. Then SASSE and NHHS accompanied to Casa and the Christmas party.
- Member Blomqvist reported that Sundell, Havunta and Blomqvist had attended Hagalundskyrka at Lyran and Akademens Christmas concert.
- Member Blomqvist reports that the last meeting of the Hankeit Wellbeing Group for 2022 has taken place.
- Chair Winqvist announces that the training period for the new Board has ended.
Other matters
- Board member Mattsson announces that Francis the Union Dog is the official hypeman of the Student Union Board 2022.
