Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 27/2022

Meeting opened by chairman Winqvist at 10:06.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- The board decided that board members Blomqvist and Havunta will represent the SHS at StudOrg’s annual ball, members Holmberg, Mattsson, and Sundell will represent at TuKy’s annual ball, and member Lumio and chairman Winqvist will represent at Pörssi’s annual ball
- The board approved the SHS Wellness questionnaire with proposed changes and proofreading
- A project grant for the Freshman Committee was granted
- Hanken BBall was approved as a new SHS club
Notification matters
- Board member Blomqvist announced that the Equality and harassment agents took part in Gekko’s and EC’s Amazing Race
- Chairman Winqvist announced that almost the whole board represented at the Freshmen’s Dinner
- Chairman Winqvist announced that the Student Union offered a helping hand during Hanken’s party to thank donors
- Chairman Winqvist announced that Hanken organized a Welcome back to Hanken event to incite students back to campus. The student union participated
