SHS Careers (The Business Committee)

SHS Careers manages the Student Union’s cooperation with businesses and functions as the link between students and companies. In other words, our role is to help companies reach Hanken students, while supporting students in finding career opportunities and taking their next steps toward working life. SHS Careers also ensures that SHS members can benefit from a range of student discounts through the SHS Benefits program.

Corporate collaborations can take place in a wide variety of different ways and we constantly develop new methods for students to get acquainted with their potential employers. Behind all of this is the Business Committee and it’s members.

As a member of SHS Careers, you get a great opportunity to strengthen your business skills while expanding your network through strong connections with Finland’s leading companies, as well as with other SHS Careers members. Members of SHS Careers gain practical experience in areas such as B2B negotiations, corporate partnerships and employer branding. You also get to be involved in arranging some of SHS’ biggest events, such as Hanken Network Day.
