Next Student Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday September 13th at 6.pm.

The meeting is held at the Teacher’s lounge (5th floor) in Helsinki and in room V105 in Vaasa.

Some of the topics for the meeting: Budget update Q2, election of student representatives, establishing the election dates for the Student Council election 2022.

All SHS members have the right of presence – welcome!

Let’s kick off the first period of the academic year in Hawaiian style🌺 You will find all the necessary information below, but remember to dress according to the theme – get your lei’s and hula skirts out! (No overalls!) Best dressed will receive a prize🎊

WHEN❓Saturday 17.9: doors open at 19, Sitz starts at 20 sharp.
WHERE❓At Casa (Hietaniemenkatu 7, entrance is in the back)
FOR WHOM❓All SHS Members!
PRICE❓15€/12€ (with alcohol/without alcohol). The price includes a three-course meal with beverages, a closed afterparty until late, and an overall patch.

The deadline for paying for your ticket is Friday 9th of September. Kindly pay Alex using MobilePay to +358 40 6416133 and put your name + Hawaiian/MC Sitz. If you cannot pay by MobilePay, kindly contact MC President Alex Holmberg at alex.holmberg@shs.fi to discuss other options.

NB! 🛑We recommend you to bring a songbook (SHS Sångbok) for the sitz. You can buy one from the IB bookstore! Bring a pen so you can leave notes in your fellow sitz-goers’ books 🥳

NB#2! 🛑The after-party is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages) for everyone! If you bring more than one drink, please have them in a bag, so that it’s easier to store them. MC does not provide drinks for the afterparty, only the Sitz itself.

Sunday 18th of September the Student Council will hold its 8th meeting at 15:30.

The only topic on the agenda is the election of the new Secretary General.
