During week 6 (8.2 – 14.2.2021), the Sports Committee will arrange a challenge via Strava. The challenge is to run or walk 10 km during the week. Our goal together as a group is that we run/walk 200 km.

As a part of the Annual Ball Week EY invites Hanken students to join them on a casual afterwork to discuss career paths, memories from former SHS annual balls and play a virtual game.

What: An event to receive a random recipe for you to prepare for the upcoming Annual Ball! You’ll be sent a unique cocktail & mocktail recipe – and some general ones. Make your drink before the event starts, and come taste & discuss what went right, wrong or perfect. We’ll also have an online game we can play together once we’ve exhausted cocktail conversation!
When: 18.00 on Friday, the 19th of February Where: Microsoft Teams
To do list: Send in your favourite cocktail recipe, with a virgin recipe (if the virgin has any differences besides what to substitute the alcohol in the cocktail with) The drink can be hot or cold – as long as it has an alcoholic and non-alcohol version (hence cocktail and mocktail suggested) Tell us of any allergies, and the kind of recipe you prefer (cocktail/mocktail) The more varieties to the recipe, the better! You can share more than one recipe – just choose one main recipe

During the Annual Ball Week the Sports Committee will arrange yoga. The yoga will be held 23.2 at 16:00 – 17:00. There will be an instructor from Roots and the lesson will be held via Vimeo.
The event will be up on Facebook on Monday 15.2 and there you will find more information. The registration will also open 15.2. We have a limited number of spots so make sure to sign up asap!

SHS is traditionally celebrating its anticipated Annual Ball on Wednesday the 24th of February, on the day when freedom of trade was initiated in Finland. Due to the circumstances and restrictions, the Annual Ball will not be celebrated in traditional manners. However, even if we cannot meet physically, we can still make it the party of the year!
