aTalent: Account Manager and Junior Account Manager

What does the role include?

We are looking for both an Account Manager and a Junior Account Manager to join aTalent’s sales team in August. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing long-term customer relationships in the field of recruitment and HR consulting services.

In your daily work, you will actively prospect and contact new clients, meet company decision-makers, and build solutions tailored to their needs together with our experts. You will lead the entire sales process from the first contact to closing the deal and grow accounts through additional sales.

This role suits you whether you already have experience in B2B sales or are at the beginning of your career and motivated to become a top salesperson. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and continuous coaching from more experienced colleagues to support your development.

We expect from applicants:

  • A goal-oriented and proactive working style
  • Desire to develop as a B2B sales professional
  • Good Finnish and English language skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently and convincingly with different stakeholders
  • A relevant higher education degree or studies close to completion

Considered an advantage:

  • Previous experience in sales (B2B, B2C, or sales-oriented customer service)
  • Evidence of goal-oriented work (in work or extracurricular activities)
  • Interest in business and customer relationship development

Practical details:

This is a permanent position, and the role can be tailored to full-time or part-time depending on your situation. The start is in early autumn 2026, preferably August. The office is located in Helsinki (Salomonkatu 17 B), and work is done in a flexible hybrid model.

The fixed base salary at the start is approximately €2055–2255/month. In addition, you will receive a monthly personal commission based on your sales margin. As a new salesperson, while onboarding and building your portfolio, the target total compensation is about €3000–4000/month. Over the past year, the median total salary of our salespeople was €5600/month. There is no salary cap, and top monthly earnings have exceeded €15,000.
