Business Booster

Do you want to learn how customer acquisition and customer interaction work in practice, and be part of creating new business in the construction and real estate industry?

As a Business Booster, you will help Boost Brothers find new customers, generate leads, and ensure that the core sales process runs smoothly.

This role is suitable for someone in the final stage of their studies, recently graduated, or someone who has already gained some experience – the job content can be tailored to your level of competence.

What you will do daily

As a Business Booster, your work is practical and goal-oriented. Your tasks include:

  • contacting selected target groups and customers (phone calls, email, LinkedIn, meetings), and identifying needs and leads
  • building and maintaining a lead list, documenting observations in the CRM system (HubSpot), and agreeing on next steps with the sales team
  • booking meetings through targeted customer communication and ensuring the sales pipeline progresses
  • supporting the creation and development of strategically important customer relationships (background work, materials, follow-ups)
  • participating in the development of the sales process (e.g. message templates, segmentation, automation)

You will use digital sales and marketing tools, especially HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Who the role is suitable for

The role is a good fit if you have:

  • relevant higher education studies in the final stage or a completed degree (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration, Master’s in Economics, Master of Science in Engineering, or equivalent)
  • interest in and confidence to contact customers and understand their needs
  • the ability to work independently and complete tasks
  • a “how can I help?” mindset and initiative
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • strong proficiency in Finnish and English

It is considered an advantage if you have experience in:

  • customer acquisition / SDR / prospecting / B2B sales support
  • digital sales and marketing processes (content, campaigns, reporting)
  • HubSpot (or another CRM/marketing automation system)
  • the construction and real estate industry

Practical information

  • The role is primarily full-time, but part-time is also possible
  • Salary is based on competence and experience; expectations and total compensation are discussed early in the recruitment process

What success in the role looks like

  • within 1–2 months: you master the tools and ways of working, manage leads and CRM effectively, and customer interactions are underway
  • within 3–6 months: customer meeting activity supports company growth, and you independently develop and maintain the CRM system
