The meeting was opened at 10:08 a.m. by President Lönnqvist

  • Students from TaiYo visited the student union regarding a YLE project
  • The board visited SASSE and participated in their Annual Feast

Ellen Lönnqvist

  • Wrote speeches
  • Held chairperson 101 for new elected representative
  • Meeting with Gensek & Ekonsek
  • Participated in meeting between Ekonomiska samfundet x SHS
  • Visited Stockholm

Veeti Ståhlberg

  • Wrote speeches for this year’s lecturers
  • Prepared for UU meeting
  • Participated in KOPO live
  • Held chair 101 for newly elected representatives
  • Participated in meeting between Ekonomiska samfundet x SHS

Kitty Korsström

  • Managed SHS SoMe
  • Create posts
  • Manage email
  • Plan the renewal of the newsletter (start sending the info out on Orbi instead)
  • Manage the website
  • Prepare the February recap
  • Plan SHS Halarmärken
  • Prepare KY’s annual ball gift :)

Otso Hesselgren

  • Managed the booking calendar
  • Handed out and collected keys
  • Repaired broken tables, a door, new locks for the toilets in Narikkan, a toilet seat
  • Discussed events with event organizers

Erika Andréasen

  • Completed IBU recruitment
  • Participated in Kopo Live
  • Emil Creutz
  • Held NU Kick-Off meeting
  • Pitched to a potential new partner
  • Planned meeting with Hanken about HND
  • Renewed contracts with partners

Sofia Segervall

  • Had a meeting with the working group on Business Analytics as a new major subject
  • Updated the event calendar
  • Investigated clubs’ activities and contact details
  • Held a chairperson101 session for the new chairperson

Lilian Langenskiöld

  • Participated in SOPO live
  • Contacted the Red Cross regarding blood donation at Hanken
  • Meeting with Jennie & Aksel about HVMG
  • Fixed the board’s Zillis shirts :)
