The ideal candidate: 

  • Approaches problem-solving analytically, with the ability to research, organize, and present information.
  • Is proactive, solution-focused, and skilled in coordinating project work.
  • Holds or is pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or a related field.
  • Is fluent in English, with Finnish and/or Swedish as a plus.

You’re the right fit if you’re passionate about business and delivering top-notch advisory services. You thrive on learning and developing new ideas, whether working solo or as part of a team. Your communication and presentation skills are strong, both verbally and in writing. 

Trainees are typically in their 3rd to 5th year of studies. A traineeship can lead to full-time employment.

What’s next in the application process?

  • The first recruitment stage is invitation only event Advisory Day at our office on 25 February 2026, starting at 2:30pm. Participants will also complete online ability tests.
  • Following Advisory Day, we’ll invite chosen candidates for a one-on-one interview. 

Employment begins in Fall 2026. 

About Advisory Day 

First step in our recruitment journey, Advisory Day, is organised at our office on 25 February 2026, starting at 2.30 pm. This is your opportunity to explore our services, connect with our team, and ask questions in a welcoming setting. You’ll also engage in a group case study. Our official activities wrap up at 5:30pm, followed by a dinner gathering at a local restaurant. We look forward to meeting you.
