Matters discussed by the executive board:

  • Elected Ståhlberg as Vice Chair of the Board
  • Decided on areas of responsibility for all Board members and appointed deputies for each responsibility
  • Appointed two Equality and Harassmentombud
  • Granted authorization to Creutz, Head of Corporate Relations, to sign the Student Union’s sponsorship agreements
  • Granted President Lönnqvist rights to access the Student Union’s bank account and to enter into agreements regarding bank cards, and revoked the corresponding rights from former President Portin
  • Granted President Lönnqvist the right to enter into an agreement for a bank card linked to the Student Union’s account
  • Decided on the rental of Casa Academica
  • Confirmed the date of the Spring Student Union Fair as 29 January 2026
  • Decided on the opening of applications for club grants
  • Determined the Board’s meeting schedule
  • Appointed representatives for annual balls
  • Decided on participation in the FSF Opening Seminar
