Alma Portin

  • Gave a speech during the torchlight procession
  • Discussed the Vaasa agreement with
  • Attended the SHS UF board meeting
  • Attended and arranged catering ahead of the SHS UF association meeting
  • Planned MSN’s first meeting
  • Chaired MSN’s first meeting
  • Wrote a greeting for Nötte

Mirjam Wadenström

  • Currently updating SHS’s graphic guidelines
  • Updated SHS letterhead as templates
  • Fixed the SHS emblem in all three colors
  • Updated the website
  • Created a monthly recap for Instagram
  • Created and activated SHS email addresses for committee chairs and board members
  • Started updating my “testament”
  • Updated the logo in the email signature
  • Generally managed the website
  • Administered Orbi
  • Managed SHS email addresses
  • Created and published material for Instagram

Vilma Runeberg

  • Continued planning the 2026 event calendar
  • Coordinated bookings for ticket release times in Hanken’s cloakroom
  • Coordinated with new committee & club chairs

Max Rehell

  • Coordinated the booking calendar
  • Received new student union keys
  • New projector purchased and upcoming(?)
  • Discussed next year’s dates with KSO, at least tried to
  • Oversaw the fifth floor deposit/return system

Kaisa Rantonen

  • Planned the gift-wrapping for the Joulupuu collection
  • Served as SHS responsible person during the torchlight procession
  • Went after the new student union keys from Myrbacka
  • Planned and held the Hankeites’ wellbeing group meeting 6/25
  • Attended the badges and scholarships committee meeting

Viktor Byskata

  • Attended the University Collegium meeting
  • Supervised the torchlight procession

Johannes Anttonen

  • Booked a meeting with Atalent
  • Prepared a draft of the contract (Atalent)
