  • The Board has represented at SSHV’s freshman intake. The inauguration was held last week.
  • The Board decided on participation in TuKY’s annual ball.
  • The Board decided on participation in SF-klubben’s annual ball.
  • The Board decided on participation in LYY’s annual ball.

  • Participated in SSHV’s freshman intake
  • Participated in “retorskaffe”

Alma Portin

  • Arranged a bank agreement and contacted OP regarding banking rights for the Secretary General Mäntylä
  • Worked on the funding application to Demos with the Secretary general
  • Planned the final stage of the strategy process

Mirjam Wadenström

  • Created event posters and put them up at the school
  • Created material for SHS Instagram
  • Sent the September newsletter
  • Administered Orbi
  • Administered the website

Vilma Runeberg

  • Sent a reminder to clubs about the open club grant application
  • Sent the cooperation agreement with NOHO for signing
  • Continued planning Stadirundan
  • Started planning the Stadirundan afterparty in cooperation with NOHO
  • Coordinated ticket release bookings in Hanken’s cloakroom

Antar Mountassir

  • Had a meeting with Linda Gerkman and Mika Gabrielsson
  • Had a meeting with Carl Hobbs

Johannes Anttonen

Kaisa Rantonen

  • Participated in Sopo-live
  • Held discussions with FSHS regarding the schedule for the study environment inspection and the activity planning meeting
  • Discussed with Unisport regarding the use of Casa for group fitness classes

Max Rehell

  • Booking calendar

  • Contacted the property manager regarding Kaisa’s Unisport discussions
  • Apparently started receiving bookings via Instagram DMs
