About the job
Front Capital is looking for Wealth Managers to sell savings and investment services.
As a Wealth Manager, you work on finding new clients and managing your own client relationships. You listen to clients’ needs and offer the right solutions from Front Capital’s portfolio. The work includes calling and contacting new clients, holding meetings, presenting solutions, and signing agreements. In the beginning, you will receive support from more experienced colleagues.
Who is this job for?
We are looking for someone who:
- is ambitious and result-driven
- enjoys meeting people and building long-term relationships
- has an interest in finance and investments
- can take responsibility and work independently, but also collaborate with the team
We expect you to have:
- Experience in sales, preferably in finance or investments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (you will frequently call clients)
- Good knowledge of Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
- An independent and goal-oriented work style
- Ability to use CRM and other IT systems

Practical details
- You will work through your own company (agency agreement) but will be part of Front Capital’s team
- The job is mainly based in Helsinki, but occasional client meetings elsewhere in Finland may occur
- Start: Autumn 2025, as agreed
