Announced student representative positions for the UU
Granted banking rights to the new Secretary General

- Attended the Representative Council meeting
- Attended kick-off with ÄMR

- Searched for student representatives for introduction days
- Renewed patent for “Hankeit”
- Prepared presentations
Mirjam Wadenström
- Cleaned up SHS website
- Corresponded with Genero
- Created “student guide” material for IG
- Administered Orbi
- Managed SHS emails
Max Rehell
- Distributed student union keys
- Managed booking calendar
- Contacted Selco regarding various repair needs
- Was in contact with KSO and discussed autumn dates
- Held harassment info session together with Hanken for Gekko, MC, and FC tutors
- Worked with the strategy group
Vilma Runeberg
- Met with NOHO partners together with Johannes to discuss potential future cooperation
- Coordinated bookings of Hanken’s spaces for clubs and committees
- Planned the “Kåren 101” training
- Planned the first autumn chairpersons’ meeting
Kaisa Rantonen
- Planned questions for the introduction days for the section “students’ view on studies”
- Attended Hanken’s DEI committee meeting
- Attended the higher education students’ mental health promotion network meeting
- Attended Keke-live
- Began planning for autumn (well-being month and the activities of support students)
- Planned content for the PhD students’ info session regarding student benefits
Viktor Byskata
- Wrote a text for Gulishankeiten
- Participated in Kåren 101
- Represented at the Cadet Comrades’ Association 100th Jubilee
