Become a Buddy Fall 2025
Interested in connecting with students from around the world?
Would you like to make new friends, practice your language skills, or add an international experience to your studies? If you answered yes to any of these, then YOU should become a Buddy! 🌍✨
As a Buddy for exchange students at Hanken, you’ll have the unique chance to connect with people from all corners of the globe. You’ll get the opportunity to discover new cultures, try different activities, and maybe even pick up a few words in another language. Whether you’re preparing for your own exchange or have already returned from one, it’s a fun and relaxed way to make friends and create lasting memories both at Hanken and in your free time.
Each Buddy is paired with one or more exchange students, creating a personal and meaningful connection. Additionally, Buddies can participate in events and trips organized by the Exchange Committee (EC). These gatherings are perfect for bonding with your exchange student(s) and building lifelong friendships. You’re also welcome to plan your own meet-ups: grab a coffee, have lunch, play sports, or explore Helsinki together. The choice is yours! ☕️🍴🎳⛸️🤍🎬
The Buddy Program is organized by the Exchange Committee, dedicated to warmly welcoming exchange students to SHS and making their time in Finland truly unforgettable. We invite all Hankeiter to join us in creating lifelong memories together.🤝🌟
