Apply for the SESS Supervisory Board

The Swedish Economics Students’ Foundation (SESS ) is a foundation established in 2015. The purpose of the Foundation is to serve as a unifying link for the students of the Swedish School of Economics, as stipulated in the University Act, to promote their societal, social, intellectual and study-related ambitions and aspirations related to the role of students in society, and to educate the students of the Swedish School of Economics to serve their country and humanity by preparing them for active, conscious and critical citizenship. The Foundation realizes its purpose, among other things, by supporting studies and study conditions at the Swedish School of Economics.

The Foundation consists of a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board. According to §20 of the Board’s rules of procedure, the Student Union’s Board of Directors decides on the election of the chairman, vice chairman and two other members of the Supervisory Board of the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration Foundation (SESS).

We are now looking for:

– 3 members for the SESS Administrative Council for the term 1/2025-12/2026

Please attach a CV (optional) and a motivation letter to your application. Applications should be sent to ansokan@shs.fi no later than 05.01.2025 at 23.59. We expect the applicant to be well acquainted with the Student Union as an organization, to be familiar with finances and administration, and to be familiar with the Foundation Act and good administrative practice.
