Application Deadline: Wednesday, October 2, 2024

Do you crave new challenges? Hartwall is currently looking for a goal-oriented and communicative Demand Planner to join their team and take charge of forecasting the demand for brewery products – could that be you?

As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely production of the right products and the efficient operation of the production-supply chain. Your task is to produce analyses and maintain a high-quality demand forecast based on these analyses for designated clients, which consist of significant players in the retail industry. You will analyze data from both Hartwall’s internal systems and external sources, generating accurate and reliable forecasts. You will work closely with colleagues from sales, production, supply chain, marketing, finance, and logistics. You will take ownership and actively influence stakeholders, boldly presenting your insights and suggestions. Your work will be structured around Hartwall’s monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for sales, inventory, and production planning, ensuring that your forecast is utilized in the best possible way across the organization.

In this role, you will be part of a small team responsible for demand forecasting at Hartwall. We expect the person we are looking for to have strong analytical skills and experience in similar roles, as well as a desire to grow with the business. Additionally, we value your solution-oriented and proactive approach, and your tendency – typical of Hartwall employees – to always see the glass as half full. If you share our passion for success and work purposefully and efficiently, you’re the person we’re looking for. Our goal is to achieve significant results together!

We expect from you:

  • At least a couple of years of experience in demand forecasting and a business-driven, analytical approach
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to handle large data sets
  • Relevant higher education
  • Active, organized, and result-oriented working methods, along with strong interpersonal skills – you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and collaborate easily with different stakeholders
  • Good proficiency in both Finnish and English

Additionally, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • SAP experience

Hartwall offers you:

  • A diverse role in Finland’s largest and most refreshing beverage company
  • Opportunities for professional development, participation in improving practices and tools, and building a career in a company known by every Finn
  • Support from a knowledgeable and encouraging team – you will join a skilled four-person S&OP team that will train you in your tasks
  • Comfortable office spaces in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, and a flexible hybrid work model

Building the most refreshing workplace in Finland

We offer you an interesting role in a well-established and well-known brand company, working with drinks that are loved by Finns. We work in the business of enjoyment, and we want that to be visible in everything we do. Our goal is to be the most refreshing workplace in the country, and we work hard to achieve it.

You will have great colleagues, and the benefits are excellent: in addition to comprehensive health care, various hobby groups, wellness, travel, and sports benefits, you will get to choose your favorite drink crate every month. Moreover, Hartwall employees enjoy various events, such as concerts, sports, and festivals, with tickets often available.

Practical matters:

In this permanent and full-time position, you will be directly employed by our client, Hartwall, with a start date as soon as possible. Hartwall’s office is located in Pitäjänmäki, and we hope you can work in the office at least three days a week as part of the flexible hybrid model. The fixed monthly salary will be negotiated individually, and you will also join Hartwall’s bonus program.

Are you the next refreshing addition to Hartwall’s growing team?
