SEB – Client Service Coordinator/Project Assistant at PWM&FO

This position requires Finnish.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Private Wealth Management & Family Office team in Helsinki as a part-time Client Service Coordinator/Project Assistant. This position is fixed term until 31.3.2025, with working hours of appr. 20 hours per week.

About the role

You will play an important role in our team, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service to our PWM&FO clients. In this role, you will assist with various projects within the division, ensuring clients receive exceptional support. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate smooth communication and provide comprehensive assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Collaboration with other colleagues and SEB teams is essential to address client needs and concerns promptly.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• A strong focus on customer service and a keen interest in providing high-quality support.

• A collaborative and problem-solving mindset with a drive for self- and proactive learning. Your way of working is efficient and structured. 

• Knowledge of M365 tools, and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Finnish, Swedish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) and a couple of years’ work experience within the financial sector. We also value your previous experience in customer service.
