- Decision on project grant for Noux trip
- Decision on project grant for SHS marketing video
- Decision on project grant for the student council
- Decision on the President of the central election committe
- Decision on write-down of invoices
- Decision on granting membership to the student union
- Decision on opening the club grant application period
- Decision on supporting HYY:s demonstatin peace to study
- Decision on student representative (deputy) in the language directorate
- Decision on student representative (deputy) in the institution for accounting and commercial law
- Decision on student representative (deputy) in the institution for finance and economics

- Meeting with the Election Committee of the Hanken Board
- Presenting SHS to exchange students
- Assisted Committee Presidents with various matters
- Supervised the Exchange Committees Welcome Dinner
- Delivered SHS’s Suomi.fi e-Authorizations with Mathilda
- Submitted an activity notification to the Openness Register
- Bi-weekly meeting with SSHV’s chair Julia
- Gave speeches at Hanken’s Opening of the Academic Year in Helsinki and Vaasa
- Participated in the Opening of the Academic Year dinner in Vaasa
- Wrote a greeting to union members
- Helped new members with matters concerning union fees
- Handled financial administration matters
Victor Dahlberg
- Recruited for the Education Committee Board
- Been in contact with Hanken regarding updates to the Swedish bachelor’s programme.
- Planned the first meeting of the Education Committee
- Planned the recruitment process for the Education Committee.
Jonatan Stenberg
- Hankens studentmobilitygroups e-mail meeting
- Worked on a new template for SHS clubb statues
- Meeting with the student council presidents about the central election committee
- Presenting SHS to exchange students
Aliisa Lundén
- Gave Code of Conduct presentation to Magister & BiB students together with Matias & Henna
- Gave Code of Conduct presentation to exchange students together with Henna
- Participated in the opening of the academic year
- Presented the Members Survey to the Executive Committee
- Been in contact with Folk Hälsan and Ekonomit about the first aid course
- Started planning the well-being week
- Been in contact with Frida Winberg about Joulupuu fundraising
Jesper Rajakangas
- Represented at Suomenlinna for freshers
- Participated in the Chairpersons’ Committee kickoff
- Helped committees with Casa’s equipment
- Meeting with KY about planning for the fall, especially Career Kick-Start
- Met with Orbi about the business features in the app
- Recruited the overalls team
- Coordinated the activities of the Business Committee
Linn Grönlund
- Participated in the opening of the academic year
- Continued planning the Stadirunda

Matias Monola
- Ordered new freezer for Casa’s kitchen
- Managed the booking calendar
- Gave Code of Conduct presentation to Magister & BiB students together with Aliisa & Henna
- Participated in Casa’s housing company meeting
Mats Lehto
- General management of SHS communication and social media
