Job Description:
B10 Family Office is seeking a skilled professional to join their team for diverse portfolio management, investment operations, and investment insurance Back Office tasks, serving Finland’s wealthiest entrepreneurial families, private individuals, and foundations. You will work as a Family Office Specialist as part of a team of around 15 people, including wealth management, tax, and legal services experts.
As a Family Office Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on tasks related to investment operations and the company’s daily operations, as well as with the tax expert on administrative tasks related to investment insurance. In investment operations, you will review securities transactions, conduct investigations with foreign banks, and manage monthly securities reconciliations. You will actively communicate with various parties and efficiently use multiple online banking platforms. Additionally, you will utilize Excel for data processing and report creation. Regarding investment insurance, you will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, prepare insurance applications and AML & KYC investigations, manage investment insurance contracts and related changes, and handle reporting. You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of related taxation.
Qualifications:
- A suitable university degree, such as a Master’s in Finance or Business Law
- Basic understanding of finance and the financial sector, with a desire to learn more
- Previous relevant work experience, such as internships or summer jobs in finance
- Attention to detail, tolerance for routine tasks, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar Back Office tasks
- Understanding of investment insurance and/or tax law
- Proficiency in Swedish

Practical Details:
This is a permanent, full-time position, and you will be directly employed by our client company, B10 Group Oy. The position is set to start as soon as possible in September-October 2024. The location is B10’s office on Pohjoisesplanadi, where you will primarily work on-site. Partial remote work can be arranged after the initial training period. The salary for this position is approximately €3500-4000 per month, to be negotiated individually.
