EY Climate Change & Sustainability Services support our clients in managing, improving, and reporting their sustainability performance.  We help our clients accelerate the transformation towards a sustainable economy and assist them in understanding business risks and opportunities, managing regulatory changes, delivering strategic advice and to disclose performance and progress on sustainability aspects.  We are one of the leading providers of sustainability services in the Nordics and as pioneers in the field, we see a clear linkage between financial and non-financial matters.

As a trainee you will be an essential team member in various sustainability and sustainability assurance engagements sharing responsibilities with senior team members. You’ll be working with clients representing several industries and of varying size. Your main responsibilities include delivering high quality documents to clients together with your more experiences colleagues and analyzing data prepared by clients. You will have the opportunity to create proposals for clients and provide advisory related to various sustainability topics and the tasks includes e.g. working with sustainability frameworks, assisting with double materiality assessments, and providing advice on regulatory related inquiries. In addition, you’ll be participating in meetings with our clients and preparing reports for clients and other parties.

  • Qualifications: 
    • Suitable education i.e. a bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainability, business, law, engineering or similar 
    • Genuine interest in sustainability and business 
    • Proficiency in English – both orally and in writing. Finnish and Swedish are considered as an asset 
    • A proactive, analytical, and client-oriented mindset. In addition, you enjoy working in teams and teamwork

  • Chosen candidates will be invited to a Case Day, which is the final phase of this recruitment process. We will offer the possibility to participate the Case Day either on Friday 5.4.2024Thursday 11.4.2024 or Friday 12.4.2024.  
  • Please note that the ability test and video assessment are part of the recruitment process and need to be completed in order to be considered in this process.
