The meeting was opened at 10:15 by chairman Eriksson
Notification matters:
- Lehto announced that the board is going to visit NHHS to Norway on thursday 7.3
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Decision on the signature of a letter to Unifi
- Decision on the release of the Hankeit of the quarter

Common
- Attended Pikkulaskiainen in Turku at the invitation of Turun KY.
- Met with The Student Union of Åbo Akademi University in Turku.
- Wrote a greeting to Hankeiten
- Met our buddy Irja from the National Union of University Students in Finland
- Participated in an appro with the top boards (TF, Codex, StudOrg, Thorax)
Sofie Eriksson
- Meeting about IB with SESS President and IB President and Vice President.
- Participated in a workshop with Understödsföreningen regarding Casa50 fundraising.
- Attended a presentation by Niord
- Four-man council meeting for the Gulnäbbskommitté
- Matters related to financial management
- Had a minivacation in New York
Victor Dahlberg
- Regular meeting with SSHV’s UPO
- Guided students on matters regarding studies at Hanken
- Held UU meeting
- Concluded the recruitment for UU’s board
- Supervised EC Techno Night
Jonatan Stenberg
- Represented SHS at Boomi ry Annual Ball
- Policydocument workgroup meeting
- Meeting with Hankens Student Mobility group
Aliisa Lundén
- Been in contact with IK on monthly sweat.
- Attended the meeting of the Presidential Committee
- Attended the Casa50 meeting
- Fixed this year’s meetings for the Wellbeing Group
- Arranged activities for wellbeing week
- Participated in the policy document working group meeting
Jesper Rajakangas
- Held the Business Committee’s meeting 6/24
- Attended the Presidents’ Committee meeting
- Held two meetings with potential partners
- Attended the Casa 50 meeting
- Assisted Gekko and Freshers Committee with recruiting
