The meeting was opened at 10:15 by chairman Eriksson
Notification matters:
- Dahlberg reports that he may not be able to supervise the Event Committee’s events, Monola reports that he can also act as a supervisor.
- Eriksson reports that it was the annual party.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Decision to sign a letter to the Federation of Finnish Student Unions.
- Decided on participation in the annual party

Sofie Eriksson
- Taken some days off
- Helped the Annual Ball Committee with matters related to the annual ball.
- Gave two speeches at the SHS Annual Ball
- Wrote a greeting from the board to Nötte
- Assisted in matters concerning Casa 50
- Resolved issues related to SHS financial management
- Offered birthday coffee in Kårens Koppi
- Made fish tacos for the board
Victor Dahlberg
- Regular meeting with SSHV’s UPO regarding educational policy
- Recruited and interviewed for the Education Committee’s board
- Participated in a meeting about collecting feedback with Hanken
- Presented this year’s Lecturer of the Year
- Planned the Education Committee’s second meeting
- Started planning the ”major subject evening”
- Taken part of SYL:s Kopo-live
Jonatan Stenberg
- Participated in SYL kopolive
- Meeting with Irja Vaateri from SYL and Elsa Lindberg from HYY
- Prepared our statement to SYL
- Discussed a potential cooperation with Anders Adlercreutz during the Annual Ball
Aliisa Lundén
- Held the first Student Wellbeing Group meeting
- Planned the member survey
- Attended the Mieli ry course
- Attended the representative coffee with Matias
Jesper Rajakangas
- Attended a Mental health first aid course
- After work with the Business Committee
- Attended EY’s and Danske Bank’s company visits
- Photographed the Annual Ball Committee

- Dealt with invoicing of companies

Linn Grönlund
- Presented the Casa 50-plans to the board
- Updated the event calendar
Matias Monola
- Had DJ training for the Program Committee
- Been in contact with the housing company regarding various things at Casa and Casa50
- Participated in a ombudscoffee with hanken together with Aliisa
- Administered the booking calendar
- Organized SHS 115 annual ball with the Annual Ball committee
Mats Lehto
- General management of SHS communication and social media
- Organized the kick-off for Stegmätaren
- Compiled the newsletter for March
- Cleaned up and enhanced the website
- Started working on the SHS image bank
