Whether you have recently graduated or are about to graduate, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to kick-start your career through our tailored FFP program at Nordea Markets, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I). The program is applicable for candidates in Finland.

In Markets, LC&I in Finland, we’re always on the lookout for talent, and we find most of our junior employees through our unique traineeship; the Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme which runs from May throughout September.
The application period to join our FFP 2024 programme runs from 2nd October to 22nd October 2023.
Steep learning curve
When joining our FFP program, we guarantee you a steep learning curve, full support and good fun. We offer training and challenging tasks, and with it close collaboration, coaching and back-up from your team. Moreover, you will build a large network in the Finnish financial sector, as well as across the Nordics, let alone join several social events with fellow FFPs and co-workers.
You will be assigned to a team within LC&I to which you will become an integral part of from day one, and in due time move on towards customer contact and trade execution. You will also take part in summer projects with other FFPs.
