Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 24/2022

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- The Executive Board has decided to vacate one reserve seat for the Education Council.
- The Board has discussed the problems regarding the rental of the premises on 6.-7.8.2022 and decided on measures to be taken.
- The Board has granted permission to the chairman of ÅFK Donner for the so-called sauna-afterparty after the change of headmaster, inspector and curator on 1.10.
Notification matters
- President Winqvist reports that the first normal intro week in three years for undergraduates, master’s students and exchange students has started.
- Board Member Lumio reports that she attended our neighbors’ KSO 90+1 anniversary party
- Board Member Blomqvist reports that she and Winqvist attended the Folkhälsan seminar on Project Greenhouse. (sw. Projekt Växthus)
- President Winqvist reports that she represented SHS at City Hall with the City Council President.
- Board Member Holmberg reports that Hanken will participate in funding the WSC survey OTUS: Opiskelijan Kaupunki.
