Apply to the Annual Ball Committee 2022-2023!
Are you looking for new, exciting challenges, a lovely team spirit and an interesting project to work on? Are you a real team player and like to take responsibility and see the results of your work? Are you also interested in organising the 114th Annual Ball of SHS? Then you should take the chance and apply to the Annual Ball 2022-2023!
The Annual Ball Committee (ÅFK) is a team of 10-15 people whose most important task is to organise Universums Bästa Fest – the Annual Ball on February 24th. ÅFK doesn’t only organise the Annual Ball, but also smaller events such as the “inspektor- and kuratorsskifte” during the fall.
The team is elected in June and the work starts in early autumn. You will get a great chance to practice your capabilities in e.g. sales, project management and marketing. ÅFK offers a perfect mix of business and pleasure.
To apply you can send a freely formulated application or a video of maximum 3 minutes. Describe yourself, who you are and why you would be a good fit for ÅFK. Also remember to attach your contact details. The written application can be sent to emilia.donner@shs.fi and the video to +358400888429 via WhatsApp. The applications should be sent latest on Sunday 5.6 at 18.00. The interviews will be started during the application period.
