  • Presentation of Hanksäbäs operations
  • Decision regarding projects funding

Notification matters

  • Blomqvist report that last years exchange students were very satisfied with their exchange
  • Blomqvist reports that student union dog Franics have been on the union office this week spreading laughter and good vibes

Hampus Nordin

  • Managing the booking calendar
  • Did inventory at the student union office
  • Participated in the Kår-coffee with Kylli
  • Purchased and installed new speakers in the Fifth floor apt, Sauna and Legenda

William Sundell

  • Had a meeting with Handelsgillet about future events
  • Coffee with my peers at Hanken
  • Planned some stuff
  • Cleared up and taken care of some stuff in relation to the billing of partners

Jennifer Holmberg

  • Weekly meeting with the advocates
  • Visit by the old and new boards of Teknologföreningen
  • OLL sector meeting
  • Coffee with ÅAS head of academic affairs
  • HOAS discussion meeting about sustainability
  • Answered HOAS’s sustainability survey
  • Virtual coffee with the TF:s head of educational affairs together with Pipa and Ida
  • Planning of strategy regarding the recruitment of a new rector, and meeting with Helena
  • Coffee with head of the sustainability committee of Teknologföreningen
  • Advocacy training
  • Coffee at Kåren with Kylli and Francis + the advocates
  • Academic affais meeting with SYL about their newly published vision about the future of the Open University

Pippi Blomqvist 

  • Participation in SHVS Eteläinen Johtokunta meeting
  • Participation in the meeting on the presentation of the Incoming Exchange Survey
  • Weekly meeting with advocates
