Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 6/2022

Meeting started at 10:05 by chair Winqvist

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • SHS’s godperson from SYL attended the meeting and presented himself and SYL
  • Exceptional permission was granted to CN 
  • Lecturer of the Year was decided
  • Decided on project grant for a received application.
  • A representative from Hankfutsal presented Hankfutsal’s operations

  • Attended johdon seminar on Thursday and Friday
  • Meeting regarding the tradbörs cooperation
  • Meeting with MC/EC
  • Meeting on KPV with Topias and Veera
  • Attended canon meeting

Jennifer Holmberg

  • Meeting with Hanken Sustainability Group
  • Revised the implementation plan
  • Participated in SYL’s sector meetings (educational affairs and sustainable development)
  • Received applications to IBU 
  • Planned the first IBU meeting
  • Meeting with Elise and Enni from Hanken

Pippi Blomqvist 

  • Sopolive
  • Removal of Christmas items and old food items at Kåren
  • Meeting with the Hankeits’ Well-being Group
  • Last revision of the implementation plan
  • Coordination of Wellness Week’s activities
  • Feedback to FSF for the opening seminar and participation in the sector meeting
  • Contacting possible cleaning help to Kåren
  • Work with the well-being survey
  • Invitation to the sustainability and equality training for the Presidents’ Committee
  • Discussion with CN about sustainability during events
  • Creation of event together with UniSport (Moment of Presence)

Ida Havunta

  • Planning and working with the Wellbeing survey 
  • Participated in the FSF seminar and presented SHS at the sector meeting for educational affairs 
  • Counted votes, read the motivations for the nominations for the 2021 Lecturer of the Year and presented the results to the Board. 
  • Weekly meetings and daily UU coordinations

Selma Lumio

  • Meetings with different committee presidents
  • Meeting with my predecessor
  • Meetings with other student unions /-organisations

Hampus Nordin

  • Managing the booking calendar
  • Broken into a safe
  • Cut off lots of stripes from the Casa entrance
  • Explored options for fixing the toilet seats on multiple toilets
  • Ordered sound and light stuff from Discoland
  • Participated in the SYL sectormeeting
  • Spent 2 hours fixing our annual ball representation excel

Anton Mattsson

  • Work with the well-being survey
  • Been in contact with club president regarding a meeting with the board
  • Explained how the website works
  • Updated Social media and the website
  • Participated in SYL’s sektor meeting
  • Marketed and held a ticket drop for pikkulaskiainen

William Sundell 

  • Planned Hanken Network Day together with Hanken 
  • Held the Business Committees second event of the year, a virtual event with EY
  • Put together the Sponsorship Subcommittees Drive folder and created the necessary documents. Sent out the information to committee and club chairs/sponsorship heads
  • Started a project group to work on the new “competence bank” idea
