The Student Union has updated the restrictions with reference to the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic
The SHS Board decided at its meeting 4/2022 (02.02.2022) to further update the Student Union restrictions in view of the current situation with COVID-19.
Decision regarding restrictions in the Student Union’s facilities due to the current coronavirus pandemic. The Student Union will keep the current restrictions until 09.02.2022. The Student Union will be partially opened from 09.02.2022 onwards!
Until 09.02.2022, casa will be bookable for union related work through an open application to the board and it will be possible to book Femman and Legenda for a meeting of max 2h. The Student Union office will be kept open for union related work. The sauna will be closed.
From 09.02.2022 onwards, Legenda and Femman will be opened to 50%, so that 26 people can stay in the facilities, without time limit. Casa and the sauna will be kept closed, the plan is to gradually open up all spaces by March at the latest. We will follow the instructions of the authorities.
