Apply to the Sports Committee!
Are you a positive and engaged person with an interest in sports and well-being? Would you like to be involved in organising events with other like-minded people and at the same time make new friends within the Student Union? Then the Sports Committee (IK) is the place for you!
The Sports Committee regularly organises smaller events in the form of “Sweat of the week” which all Hankeites are welcome to attend. Over the years, we have organized everything from bubble football to padel and beach volleyball. In addition to these smaller events, we also organise larger events in collaboration with other societies and clubs both within and outside SHS, such as the Pinktober Charity Run, the Wappubowl football tournament and the Academic Classic ice hockey match. In the end, it’s your ideas that set the limits of what can be organised!
Does this sound like something for you? Then send your free-form application to ik.ansokan@shs.fi with a brief description of yourself and why you would be a good fit for IK. Please also include a picture of yourself in your application as well as your contact details. Send in your application no later than 5.12.
