The meeting was opened by Student Council President Nicolina Massa at 17:03.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Eliott Tallqvist, Petteri Tuokila and William Sundell were chosen as tellers and protocol adjusters. Oscar Byman was chosen as the writer of meeting minutes in Swedish and English. Rasmus Sinnemaa was granted right to speek at the meeting. Fanny Hindsberg was chosen as secretary for the meeting.
- The Student Council elected Jennifer Holmberg and Sebastian Ståhlberg as student representatives at the board of Hanken
- The Student Council determined the Medium Term Financial Plan for 2022-2024
- The Student Council determined the Communication Plan for 2021-2024
- The Student Council elected Anton Nilsson as student representative in the Disciplinary Committee
- The Student Council approved changes to the Scholarship Regulations
- The Student Council approved changes to the “Kårpampsreglemente”
- The Student Council appointed Mikaela von Wendt and Oscar Taimitarha as Permanent Members of the Student Union, an honorary title
