Meeting Abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 33/2020

Meeting opened at 12:30 by Hindsberg

The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:

• Chose two from Executive Board 2021 as deputy members to YTHS delegation
• Opened application time for the forth nomination of “Hankeit of the Quarter 2020”
• Chose to move SHS capital to SESS

Board Member activities:

Common activities:

• Planned and prepared schooling for the new Executive Board
• Updated SHS restrictions according to the corona situation in Helsinki
• Participated in meeting with the rector and decision makers at Hanken and the Student Council meeting

Fanny Hindsberg:

• Actively participated in the meetings regarding corona precautions and restrictions at Hanken
• Meeting regarding updating the Vasa-bidrag, PIR project, IBU and the Presidium

Oscar Byman:

• Participated in OLL:s General Assembly
• Participated in Kopo-live *2
• Hosted IBU-meeting

Eliott Tallqvist

• Participated in Kopo-live *2
• UU meeting 7/2020
• Prepared material for the training of the SHS board of 2021
• Meeting and coordination with SHS disciplinary committee

Joakim Kiuru

• Coordinated contract renewals with e.g. SEB and Niord
• Taken care of Cotw-coordinations with e.g. L’Oréal and Capgemini
• Worked on the NU Handbook

Maisa Dyhr

• Started SHS’ participation in the Joulupuu fundraising
• Participated in IBU-meeting and OLL’s General Assembly
• Instructions regarding person elections to Student Council and SHS’ presidents

Nea Olsson

• Contact with the presidents regarding COVID-19 safety guidelines
• Planning the “Holiday Week” – event
• Students’ Independence Day Torchlight Procession – meeting
• Safetyplans

Filip Jägerroos

• Purchased cutlery from IKEA for SHS borrowing system
• Created SSHV 30 SHS greetings video
• Updated bookings according to new restrictions

Axel Toukkari

• Coordinated shs social medias
• Finetuned the english version on SHS.fi
• Done material and coordniated the recruiting for committees

Other matters

• Vaasa grant has been updated and will be in force beginning 1.12.2020
• Updates to the SHS restriction regarding the COVID-19 virus. Due to the restrictions being in force from 26.11.2020, the Executive Board will have a meeting on the 27.11.
