Place: The teacher’s room, Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki (Arkadiankatu 22) and room 105 Hanken School of Economics in Vaasa (Kirjastonkatu 16) and Microsoft Teams.

The meeting was opened by Student Council President Nicolina Massa at 18:05.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Kiril Kuhanen was chosen as the protocol adjuster and vote counter in Helsinki, Elsa Kuula in Vaasa and Fanny Kesti on Teams.
- Emilia Winqvist was chosen as the writer of the summary of the meeting.
- Election of the President for the Elderly council 2021
- The student council elected Juliust Tallqvist as the president of the Elderly council.
- Election of the President for the Program committee 2021
The student council elected Pauliina Haarala as the president of the Program committee. - Election of the President for Master’s Committee 2021
The student council elected Ramona Teinilä as the president of Master’s Committee. - Election of the President for Casa Nostra 2021
The student council elected Nicole Gustafsson as the president of Casa Nostra. - Election of the Treasurer for Casa Nostra 2021
The student council elected Victor Heerman as the treasurer of Casa Nostra. - Election of the President for the Information committee 2021
The student council elected Katarina Krokfors as the president of the Information committee. - Election of the President for the Sports committee 2021
The student council elected Emilia Nygård as the president of the Sports committee. - Election of the President for the Exchange committee
The student council elected Anna Voutilainen as president for Exchange committee spring 2021 and Rebecca Laaksonen as president for Exchange committee autumn 2021.
