Meeting Abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 31/2020

Attending: Fanny Hindsberg, Nea Olsson, Filip Jägerroos, Eliott Tallqvist, Maisa Dyhr, Oscar Byman, Joakim Kiuru, and Kristiane Width

The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:

  • Proposed members to the SHS inventory panel along with personal deputies. The matter will be approved by the Student Council at their next meeting
  • Proposed an auditor and a deputy auditor for the Student Union. The matter will be approved by the Student Council at their next meeting.

Executive board acitivties:

  • Fanny Hindsberg: Meeting with Ekonomit responsibles for Academic Affairs. Preparations for SYL General Assembly. Prepared and presented the Executive Boards proposition for inspektor, budget and operational plan for the student council
  • Oscar Byman: Meeting with Ekonomit responsibles for Academic Affairs. Preparations for SYL General Assembly. Meeting with Rasmus Sinnemaa
  • Eliott Tallqvist: Coordinated SHS study circles, worked with the Coffee with SHS x Kylli event, meeting with Frans Cederlöf from the Board of SYL. Trained SHS student council in internal advocacy.
  • Joakim Kiuru: Had meetings with e.g. Suomen Ekonomit and Deloitte for contract renewals. Lead the Business Committee´s operations and work on the Business Committee handbook. Continued collaboration discussions with Academic Work, Minjon Recruiting and PALS among others. Participated in Niord’s executive board meeting.
  • Maisa Dyhr: Meeting with Kylterihuone and SYL general assembly training. Worked with the equality policy document, SHS strategy marketing, Mental Health Week material and planned the Joulupuu campaign. Trained the Student Council in social affairs
  • Nea Olsson: Planning the “christmas” – eventweek. Personal contact with the presidents regarding their events, safetyplans. Students’ Independence Day Torchlight Procession – meeting
  • Filip Jägerroos:  Casa manualen writing, FUU basement evening, Lindström change of welcome mat contract, new SHS welcome mat
  • Axel Toukkari: Coordinated social media. Launched the board’s recruitment videos with Dyhr. Improved the shs homepage in English.
