Guidelines for Hanken students on how to receive your student card sticker during the fall term
If you are still using the physical student card and are in need of a new sticker for the fall term or fall and spring term, you can pick up the sticker from the Student Union.
September means that the fall is looming on us, which also means that student life resumes. As a student in Finland, you receive many special offers such as discounts on public transportation and cheaper meals! You can check out more current deals on https://www.frank.fi/en/
Since the majority of classes for Hanken students will be done virtually this fall, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Student Union wants to ensure the safety of our members and avoid unnecessary crowds at Hanken, we recommend that you come to the Student Union’s facilities to retrieve your student sticker.
Opening hours are Tuesday- Thursday between 10AM and 2PM, starting August 24, 2020- October 2, 2020. If you are unable to stop by during this time for some reason, please contact the Secretary General of the Student Union, Kristiane Width, gensek@shs.fi to find a suitable time.
Our address is Sanduddsgatan 7A. Buzzer #2. You will find us on the second floor, on the right hand side of the stairs.
When you arrive to the Student Union, we want to remind you of proper hand hygiene and safety distances between other students and employees of the Student Union. We recommend the use of a face mask.
