Meeting Abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 14/2020

The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
- Anton Nilsson was elected as the President of the Central Election Committee
Executive Board activities:
- MUTUAL ACTIVITIES: meeting with KY, Student council meeting
Fanny Hindsberg: Meeting with Kristi and the President of the Student Council, attended the meeting for SHS Committee Presidents, written articles to Gulishankeiten
Oscar Byman: Been in contact with Klas Weckman regarding a voting station to Hanken for the Municipality Elections 2021, worked with the results from the workshop with Kylli and prepared the external promotion of interest groups, given response to the city regarding the poor level of information in Swedish regarding the municipal elections
Eliott Tallqvist: continued the discussion regarding summer courses with the student representatives, attended the meeting for SHS Committee Presidents, done marketing for regarding the abroad studies questionnaire and students wellbeing
Joakim Kiuru: Further pushed the coordination of SHS sponsorships, worked on the extensive list of potential partners and leads, interviewed two Hanken students to the SHS2025 strategy workshop, continued to lead the Business Committee
Maisa Dyhr: Presented equality with Filip during the meeting for SHS Committee Presidents, sent the equality plan to SU
Nea Olsson: Gathered the President’s Committee for a meeting, the Executive Board’s event SHS & Chill, presented plans for vappu to the board, marketing and planning the event for SHS & Chill, workout with Kristi!
Filip Jägerroos: Worked on the equality plan, Written the Casa manual
Axel Toukkari: Maintained social media, Been in touch with Revolve, Genero, Sivututka, Suomen Digimarkkinointi and Web Weistämö regarding the webpage, Meeting with former communication managers
