The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
- Approved Casa Nostra’s application for an exceptional permit to host an internal afterparty 14.3.2020 in the sauna area of Casa Academica
- Opened application time for the first nomination of ‘Hankeit of the Quarter 2020’
- Presenting a proposition to the Student Council concerning a change in the Student Union membership fee

Joakim Kiuru: Meeting with EY, Azets och Hanken Corporate Relations team, Booked meetings with Taaleri and Handelsgillet
Maisa Dyhr: Meeting with the Equality Plan Planning Group, Hanken and KY, Worked on the Equiality Survey which will be published in March, Attended the SHS strategy kick-off
Nea Olsson: Development of a new event, Planning meeting with Hanken, Kommunikation med Rekom om Halarkalas

Axel Toukkari: Sent information mails, Meeting with Suomen Digimarkkinointi Oy and Web-Weistämö, more meetings booked, updated social media, Meeting with Hanken’s responsible for social media regarding cooperation with campaigns

- The board discussed Hanken’s potential participation in the ‘Pride Week’ by printing Hanken’s logo on flags. The event takes place in June 2020
