Summary of Student Council meeting 11/2019
Place: The teacher’s room, Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki (Arkadiankatu 22) and room 106 Hanken School of Economics in Vaasa (Kirjastonkatu 16).

Student Council President Henna Konsti opened the meeting at 17:36
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
A new point of discussion was added (new §4)
- Commemorating commissioner Weckman on her 24th birthday.
Approved.
Election of an accountant and deputy for the Student Union
- The student council elected Mikael Söderlund and Rolf Nyberg for his deputy, as of recommendation brought by the Executive Board
Election of the inventormen for the sudent union
- The student council elected Jerker Törnqvist and the President of the Board 2020 for permanent members. Andreas Lindén and the head of administration and maintance in the board 2020 as their deputies, as of recommendation brought by the Executive Board
Election of the Badge- and Scholarship board
The student council elected the Scholarship board for 2019-20, as of recommendation of the Student Council’s Advisory Committee 2018-19

The student Council elected for the Executive Board for 2020

- Corporate relations: Joakim Kiuru
- Administration and Maintenance: FIlip Jägerroos

Election of the President for the Program committee
The student council elected Frida Sande as the president of the Program committec
Election of the President for the Information committee
The student council elected Ellen Nirhamo as the president of the Information committee
Election of the President for the Exchange committee
The student council elected Viktoria Rönnlund from january 2020 to juny 2020 and Katariina Saarikoski from july 2020 to december 2020 as the presidents of the Exchange committee
Election of the President for the Sports committee
The student council elected Lina Lundén as the president of the Sports committee from jaunary 2020 to juny 2020
Election of the President for Casa Nostra
The student council elected Camilla Eestilä as the president of Casa Nostra
Election of the Treasurer for Casa Nostra
The student council elected Ville Haapanen as the treasurer of Casa Nostra
Election of the President for Master’s Committee
The student council elected Rita Merisalo as the president of Master’s Committee
Election of the President for the Elderly council
The student council elected Melina Weckman as the president of the Elderly council
Other matters
- The Student Council discussed several matter. However, no decisions were made in regards to the discussions held.
- Preceeding President of the Student Council Alina Anderson handed over the Student Union’s madallion to the new President Henna Konsti
