The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
– The Executive Board has admitted exceptional permit for CN to have an afterparty after the Afterski Sitz.
– The Executive Board granted a project grant to Hankens Golfsällskap
– The Executive Board has agreed to let the Finnish Student Sports Federation (OLL) use SHS logo.
The Executive Board’s activities:
– The Executive Board has attended SASSES annual ball in Stockholm
– SHS has celebrated their own annual ball.
– Lindén has attended a meeting regarding the attachments in the agreement between SHS and Hanken
– The Executive Board has attended coffee with the rector where these attachments were discussed
– The Executive Board has been interviewed for Hankeiten
– Lindén has attended a meeting with the Financial and Administrative Secretary
– Lindén has attended a meeting with presidents of other kylteriforenings
– Lindén has attended a leader’s seminar at SYL
– Bärlund has held the first Presidents meeting
– Bärlund has scheduled in a training session in equality
– Wulff has attended a meeting with StudOrg and TF regarding the election debate
– Wulff has invited candidates to the debate
– Massa has updated the social medias during the Annual Ball week
– Massa has created marketing material for the election debate
– Massa has sent out SHS March newsletter
– Hattula and Massa have attended Hanken’s Wellbeing Group’s meeting
– Stjernberg has arranged sponsors for HFN
– Stjernberg has discussed the possibility for info-screens to the Student Union and Hanken
– Hattula has sent out scholarship applications for Nordic Forum
– Hattula has written Nordic Forum Invitations
– Tallqvist has attended the University Council’s meeting and was chosen as vice president.
– Törnqvist has contacted KSO about the ice mashine
– Törnqvist has arranged a successful Kårtalko
