The Executive board decided on the following matters:
- Daniel Karlsson was chosen as financial & administration secretary.
- To the institution of Management & Organization, the following student representatives was elected: Fanny Hindsberg as regular representative with Anton Nilsson as substitute, Robin Kanerva as regular representative with Anna Hedvall as substitute, Lydia Nystén as regular representative with Sara Näs as substitute.
- To the institution of Accounting & Commercial law, the following student representatives was elected: Christian Nygård as regular representative with Emma Blomster as substitute, Karolina Rosenberg as regular representative with Aurora Troberg as substitute, Saga Rosin as regular representative with Jonathan Biskop as substitute.
- To the institution of Finance & Economics, the following student representatives was elected: Axel Snellman as regular representative with Nicholas Vinberg as substitute, Elisabeth Björkman as regular representative with Joakim Wikström as substitute, Victor Bergström as regular representative with Robin Eriksson as substitute.
- To the institution of Marketing & Logistics, the following student representatives was elected: Saara Bergman as regular representative with Erika Ramberg as substitute, Magnus Brunnsberg as regular representative with Henna Rajala as substitue, Ida Söderback as regular representative with Michaela Andtbacka as substitute.
- A place as student representative at SESS executive board as well as as place as student representative in SESS council has been allocated vacant.
The Board’s activities:
- The Board has arranged coffee for the rector.
- The Board has been at SYL’s glöggi-event.
- The Board has participated at the student unions glöggi-event.
- Konsti has participated at the weath ceremony at 1918 memorial with the other student union presidents and student association presidents in the metropolis area and held a speech at the veteran tombs.
- Konsti has participated at KPV succession seminar together with SHS president 2019.
- Konsti has participated at SYL’s leadership seminar together with SHS president 2019 and the new secretary general.
- Andersén has participated in the arrangement of the independence day procession.
- Andersén has held the last meeting of the year with the president’s subcommittee.
- Andersén has held interviews with the candidates to the position financial & administration secretary.
- Björk has held two NU meetings.
- Björk has been on a meeting with Hankens corporate relations team.
- Björk has together with William Stjernberg been on a meeting with NPG.
- Björk has been on a meeting with Varma.
- Björk has been on a meeting with Hanken & SSE.
- Björk has been on a pitching meeting with Deloitte.
- Björk has negotiated new annual contracts with six of SHS partners.
- Nygård and Weckman has been on a Sopo-meeting together with other Swedish speaking social affairs interested
- Nygård has been at YTHS directorate’s meeting.
- Nygård has been at YTHS delegation’s meeting.
- Nygård has hosted WSC Helsinki’s last meeting.
- Nygård, Styrström and Konsti has commented the comments of Hanken regarding the new model for university financing.
- Schalin has met with the entrepreneur in charge of the bar disc.
- Styrström has finished the recruitment of student representatives.
- Styrström has been educating the new executive board.
