Meeting abstract of The Executive Board’s meeting 32 /2018

The Executive board decided on the following matters:

  • CN was admitted permission to have an after party at the fifth floor on Sunday 25.11 according to their application.
  • The Executive board suggests to the student council that Mikael Söderlund is chosen to ordinary auditor and Stefan Söderberg as substitute auditor.
  • The Executive board suggests to the student council that Schalin and the president of the student union 2019 are chosen as ordinary inventory men, Konsti and administration and maintenance as substitute inventory men.

 
The Board’s activities:

  • The Executive board has participated at the overall handout, where Konsti held a speech
  • Nygård, Konsti and Weckman has been at säätiöhuone pre-general assembly meeting
  • Nygård, Konsti and Weckman has been at SYL general assembly
  • Nygård has been at WSC’s meeting
  • Nygård has been at HOAS council meeting
  • Schalin has met with construction worker Pasi Metsänheimo to go through the renovation project at the fifth floor as well as the toilets at the Casa hall
  • Schalin has met the contact person from WD kuivaus to go through the plan for dealing with the moisture damage in the Casa hall
  • Schalin has planed and facilitated the student union clean-up day
  • Schalin and Konsti has attended the housing cooperatives meeting
  • Andersén has had a meeting regarding the Nordic Board together with Emilia from KY
  • Andersén has together with Konsti arranged the Analog-Dialog event with Niord
  • Styrström has overseen the overall handout
  • Styrström has written an opinion about Hanken’s suggestion about the administration function
  • Styrström has opended the recruitment for institution representatives for 2019-2021
  • Styrström has been at the educational council’s meeting
  • Björk has with NU been pitching at Eila Kaisla and Nuoret Yrittäjät
  • Björk and a part of NU has participated in a education about the CMR system Starbrix
  • Björk has been at EY’s event
  • Björk participated at SEB’s “SEB talk” event
  • Björk held a NU workshop
