Danske Bank – Summer job in customer service
Swedish skills are an advantage.
As a summer employee at Danske Bank, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in excellent customer interactions and learn about the daily banking services for personal customers. Your workdays will involve handling various topics such as online banking, payment cards, or accounts, while assisting customers over the phone. You’ll have an interesting and educational summer job where you’ll strengthen your customer service and problem-solving skills.
The summer job runs from May to September, and you’ll work Monday to Friday at our office in Pasila.
Good motivation is key
For the summer job, you may not necessarily need previous experience in the banking industry. What matters is that you’re motivated to learn and to contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences. Words like reliable and responsible describe you, and you’re willing to help your team achieve its goals by eagerly taking on tasks.
In customer service, you’ll need good communication skills and the ability to work accurately even in busy situations. Additionally, fluency in Finnish and English are required for interacting with customers. Fluency in Swedish is a great plus.
Please note that when applying for summer jobs, you must be at least 18 years old. Selected candidates will undergo a credit check and drug test.
